Cassie¬†previously made the urban news headlines for her alleged romance rumors with her boss P. Diddy and for her first hit song “Me & U” back in 2006. Trying out the transition from singer to actor, Cassie jumped at the chance to act in the highly successfull Step¬†Up 2: The¬†Streets but failed to impress Hollywood with her subpar acting abilities.
Admitting she was unprepared for a movie role,¬†Cassie tells Complex Magazine “I don’t think I took enough classes. Reacting to five other people is completely different than being with an acting coach.” Still her stunning looks cannot be denied and rumors around Hollywood are that she is being considred for a role in a possible TV version of the movie Coach Carter.
I know a type of film she can get into, where acting ability doesn’t matter. It’s got the biggest audience out there.
