The LL Cool J Collection of clothing for Sears will debut in stores Sept. 7 which coincides with the release of his latest album, Exit 13. Sears’ plans are for an aggressive marketing campaign using LL, his wife and four kids in TV, online and an dedicated LL Cool J sections in many of its stores. The concept is for LL to come off as a family man since the LL Cool J Collection is geared towards young girls shopping in the Juniors department.

The print campaign will launch in October issues of Cosmopolitan, CosmoGIRL!, Seventeen, Spin and Vibe. Shots include LL and his family wearing items from the collection.  According to Sears the clothing line will be affordable  with prices beginning at $24 for T-shirts, $50 for denim and $60 for outerwear.
