Righteous Kill, starring DeNiro, Al Pacino and Curtis Jackson comes out this Friday. There has been some recent controversy as to the film studio eliminating 50 from their recent ad campaign as they realized he wasn’t the “urban” demo draw they had hoped. The original marketing plans called¬†that even though he has a small part in the movie they were still planning to utilize him to “young up” the demo since they know¬†older men will see the movie already.¬†Regardless, with Pacino and DeNiro and little competition, Righteous Kill should do just fine.¬†50 and DeNiro talk about their roles in this clip here.
