50 Cent’s video game finds new publisher & will be released

Video game junkies and Curtis fans around the net have been saddened about 50 Cent’s new video game “Blood on the Sand” being canceled due to the fact that its production company was shutting down. Well now 50 Stans can rejoice as “Blood on the Sand” has found a new home with publisher THQ and is officially back on the release schedule. With the rights to the game, three days ago THQ filed for a ratings board claim with the Australian Classification Board which gave the game a MATURE 15+ (strong violence and coarse language, sexual and drug references) rating. Now that the rating has been officially stated, THQ can continue with packaging and marketing development. No word on exact release date but rumors have it still pegged for a Holiday 2008 release (Source).
