I didn’t even know MAD Magazine was still published, but Lil Wayne makes history as he adorns the cover of their December issue. Complete with the facial tattoos and all. This is bittersweet news though as it was also announced earlier today that MAD TV has officially been canceled by Fox after 14 years. Word is it should be picked up by another network pretty soon.
