Now that music videos are basically obsolete on TV now, artists and labels have had to push upcoming releases in other ways. Album launch TV/online ads have been around for a bit now but we are seeing more and more creative and elaborate ads compared to the past “Album in stores” voice over with the shot of the CD packaging.
