RZA has been busy the past year producing the soundtrack and score to the upcoming movie Afro Samurai: Resurrection which will premiere on Spike TV in January 2009. Samuel L. Jackson reprises his voice role as the title charachter and Lucy Liu makes a voice appearance as well. More important, the soundtrack is full of Wu-Tang and RZA projects that any fan should love. I heard Track 2 on hiphopgame yesterday. DOPE. I’m almost to the point only Wu-tang music sounds right to me, or has high replay value. I grew up on it, so its like homecooking. Yum
I’m buying this the first DAY. Hope it has better distribution than Digi Snacks by RZA. That disc was hard to find.
