If Ray J can land a VH-1 reality show then what is stopping anyone else? Now Yung Berg is even getting on the reality show tip as he is beginning pre-production for a “quest for true love” type show similar to “Flavor of Love.” Berg’s management recently sent out a letter to casting call agencies which is also a PR move for Berg’s recent controversial comments about dark-skinned ladies. Casting call reads as follows:
‚ÄúWe are looking to find exceptional stand out beautiful dark skin/brown skin women to showcase all races of beauty on the show.” (Source)
The show will begin filming in the next couple weeks as Berg and management continue to pitch to the usual networks of VH-1, BET, E! and MTV. No word yet on if or when this show will be signed to a major network.

There is originality in hip-hop but just not with these reality shows. Just because one artist can do it doesn’t mean every one can. For every Snoop or Flava Flav reality show there are a whole bunch that have never made it. I know that for a fact.
