Chris Brown x Bone Deep. All the blogs and news sources have been covering the fact that Chris is losing endorsement deals left and right, but now his check book is about to hurt even more as his once rising film career is now in serious trouble as well. Rumor has it that Sony Screen Gems, the studio that is releasing Chris’ next movie Bone Deep, is going to basically “erase” Chris from their marketing campaign.
The crime/action thriller which comes out Jan 8, 2010 was originally going to heavily market stars T.I. and Chris Brown to the urban demo but now T.I. will ironically be the main attraction (even though he’s going to jail) along with broader reaching actors Paul Walker and Hayden Christensen. Unofficial word has it that Chris will be “erased” from marketing material such as the movie poster, trailer and TV ads to avoid any controversy. The movie has already finished filming in Los Angeles so Chris will still be in the movie but just don’t expect to see much of him in the advertising.

I am from Chris's hometown. Chris is human and he's very young. Before any of you get the idea that I approve of his action, I don't think that male or female should hit their partner. All of us have made mistakes ( I have) and we can't go back and change the past. I am sure Chris would, if he could. To Chris's Fans: you should not look up to any entertainer as your idol because mistakes and let down will happen; look up to the person or people who has given you life, who struggle everyday just to feed and cloth you, who has your back when the world has turned against you. At least, Chris will truly find out his fans and friends. To sum this up, there are two sides to every story, some of the people who are judging Chris probably has done even worse (like JZ, but the sh…t hasn't hit the media). Chris deserves a chance. Jail, we are so quick to put someone behind bars. Don't we have enough brothers behind bars. They aren't getting rehabilitated behind bars, thats why most of them come out and go right back because you take there will away locking them up. Chris grew up watching his mother get beat, we don't know what was going on with him and Rihanna all we can do is pray that they learn from this situation and move on with there lives.

Moe, I most definitely agree with you. I gre up in an abusive home, experinced abuse at the tender age of 16. If you have never been in that place, count your blessing but for those of us who have, it's an emotional and terrible situation. One thing people needs to understand, is that Chris Brown is young and have anyone every thought, that he may just be sorry and too ashamed to face what he done because he seen what his mother had been through. He may also be in disbelief becuz he had taken on the action of his stepfather. In order for her to heal, she's going to need to forgive and move on if that's what she chose but jail is not the anser for this young man, he needs help to understand himself what happended and why he resorted to violence. It's evident that it's not in his charecter to behave that why, everyone who knows him stated that even her peoples. He may have had frustration, hurt and pain laying dorminent in him from what he experienced as a child and just snapped. IT's just sad that Rihanna was affected by all of this. None of us (including the media) knows what happened that night. Only Chris, Rihanna and GOD knows. Whether she provoked him or not it does not matter. No one should lay their hands on another person. We also forget the pain that both rihanna and chris (and their families) are going through with the media constantly dredging up this story and to add insult to injury continue to add lies to play into the minds of the readers.
