An artist by the name of Tom Patti who creates high concept plastic and glass sculptures has sued Diddy and Sean John for stealing his design. Apparently Patti’s sculpture called “COMPACTED GRAY WITH CLEAR AND RIBS” which was created in 1982, was ripped off as the design of Diddy’s 2006 fragrance bottle for “Unforgivable” without Patti’s permission.
