She’s doesn’t look like a barbie at all in my opinion in that picture, more like a hot latino woman to me. She is hot, but it looks very fake and i do believe her natural look looked better.

i prefer the original lil kim. why these women think they need plastic surgery to look better?…….no she was even more beautiful before now she looks like a young micheal jackson. her face looks distorted and unreal. i even heard shes bleaching thats such a shame….we need to stick with what god gives us we are all beautiful we dont need plastic surgery we are all born with our own unique beauty. and by the way lil kim looks good when her pic is taken from some angles. we should age with beauty and loves ourselve whether we are fat, slim, dark or white.
