Ice Cube x Janky Promoters. Cube’s next movie Janky Promoters has been dropped by the Weinstein Company which was set to market and distribute the movie. It was originally postponed for a March 27th release but then Variety reports that the Weinstein’s decided to drop the movie altogether.
While Cube is trying to find a studio home for the project, it’s not all bad news. Cube has just been confirmed to star in the New Line Cinema action/comedy flick Ride Along which is about a rogue cop who is overly protective of his sister. When she reveals she’s engaged to a rich white psychiatrist, the cop (Cube) sets to destroy the relationship by inviting his future brother-in-law on a ride-along. New Line has a deep history with Cube as they were the one studio back in 1995 to take the chance on a little movie called Friday.

Where the fuck is ARI GOLD when you need him?
Dropped? There goes Jeezys acting career. LOL
Wait….I thought Cube was in this movie not Jeezy. I'm confused.
I wonder if some of the content pissed off some people. High 'em high Cube. Lench Mob!!!
I KNEW THAT WAS GOING TO BE A GOOD MOVIE. CUBE IS THE BEST.

keep up the good work
you should put up the books, Hustlers from Harlem, A Rapper’s Love Story, NY Destroy Team PD, or A Family of Outlaws, at any on-line book store, and mybe Ice Cube would want to make one of these novels another smash hit movie.. Check out the books, and let him know. A hit is in the making.
