Jay-Z x The New Jersey Nets. Who has time to launch a video game empire, when you have a basketball team to move? The Sporting News confirms that Jay-Z’s Nets are still on track to move to Brooklyn for the 2011-2012 season.

New Jersey Nets CEO Brett Yormark said the team is committed to moving to Brookyln in time for the 2011-12 season, according to Bloomberg News.

“We’ll be there for the ’11-’12 season. We’ve pre-sold 20 percent of our suites.” Yormark said in a report published on Friday. “We’ve got eight of our 14 founding partnerships already completely signed. Next week, we’ll announce our ninth.”
