That is not true! Some will not trust the PR and some actually do. Don’t get disappointed just because over 60% do not update themselves. I find myself staying in touch with those who you can tell tweets themself. Just pay attention to the news on who releases a new twitter statement or follow their profile to see if it has simple stuff that PR would be foolish to do. I know SouljaBoy stays on twitter 24/7 and most washed up stars trying to revive their career is on there. The DList is over 50% real, lol. Almost all those accounts are run by PR people someone's publicist hires them a “digital media specialist” I know cause that's what I do!
