Word of E-40 publishing a slang dictionary has been around for years. Due to various circumstances and other business ventures the Bay Area rapper was forced to put the project on hold multiple times. But this time E-40 states the long awaited book will hit stores soon.
“I’m the most bitten…I done been bit all¬†my whole life,” he told MC Serch. “They gonna do it regardless. They gon’ bite. So, I might as well put it out there.”
When asked when the book would finally hit stores he replied, “Before Christmas. I guarantee it.” If this book does hit stores in 2009 is anyone out there still interested?

40 is the creator of alot of the slang we got in the bay and in the game for shizzle, batch, hella shit that everyone else uses prolly came out his lips first, u already know im finna cop that shit when it drops
Earl has been an original since his 1st album with the click. He didn’t invent every word in the book of slang, but you can thank him for making all of it official. The idea of a non-translatable language is very convenient for anyone using illegal revenue for leverage in obtaining a lucrative career that is legal. I feel that the book of slang (upon official release) would incriminate a lot of us, where as e-40 already used the game as a stepping stone. If the popo’s understand e-40, than my game isnt as safe as it was before the release.
