Eminem x Family Guy. Eminem will get animated in his latest album marketing stunt. With all the iPhone apps, comic books, Twitter feeds and now this, it’s pretty clear that “Relapse” is being treated more like a big-time movie vs. a normal album release in regards to the marketing strategies.
In the latest stunt, the cartoon version of Eminem will co-host Fox’s “Animation Domination” programming block with cartoon baby Stewie Griffin from “Family Guy.” Eminem states in a press release from MTV:
“It was a thrill to work with Stewie. I’m a big fan of talking babies and their humor.”
Eminem’s album “Relapse” is set to hit stores on May 19th while his cartoon appearance will happen this Sunday on FOX. Screen Shot via: Broken Cool

Yea they are way more creative on this campaign compared to other music albums. Usually they dont put any money behind it unless they know its gonna blow up. Safe to say Relapse will blow up but how much?
