Word of E-40 publishing a slang dictionary has been around for years. Due to various circumstances and other business ventures the Bay Area rapper was forced to put the project on hold multiple times. But this time E-40 states the long awaited book will hit stores soon.

“I’m the most bitten…I done been bit all¬†my whole life,” he told MC Serch. “They gonna do it regardless. They gon’ bite. So, I might as well put it out there.”

When asked when the book would finally hit stores he replied, “Before Christmas. I guarantee it.” If this book does hit stores in 2009 is anyone out there still interested?

Jay-Z x Rocawear. Kanye isn’t the only one getting in on the sneaker fun. Jay-Z is set to release Rocawear’s R+ Sneaker this June 1st. Expect the heavy marketing and promotion to hit in the coming weeks. Here is the first look. Getting all: Broken Cool

N.E.R.D. x H&M. Pharrell and company have teamed with clothing line H&M to design a series of shirts with proceeds going to the Fashion Against AIDS, to help fight the disease and raise youth awareness. The collection includes designs by other artists like Tokyo Hotel, Katy Perry and Estelle and all pieces are 100% organic cotton. The clothing line hits stores May 28th.

Diddy x Get Him to the Greek. As we reported a couple of weeks back, Diddy will be playing a big-time music mogul in the Judd Apatow comedy Get Him To the Greek. Apparently Apatow was a little nervous about Diddy acting in a comedy but his worries subsided at their script reading.

“We did a table read and I thought to myself, ‘I wonder how funny [Sean’s] going to be and how much help he’s going to need,’ Apatow told MTV News. “And I found out the answer was none. He needs no help. He was riotously funny. As a man with one skill, I was annoyed that he was also funny. You shouldn’t be allowed to be good at so many things.”

Movie is actually a spin-off of Forgetting Sarah Marshall. We think Diddy has had plenty of comedy experience with his Twitters and YouTube posts though. He will do just fine.

Jaime Foxx is really all about the biopics. First he was Ray Charles, then he was Nathaniel Ayers in The Soloist and now he is aggressively pushing to play Mike Tyson in a full biopic. Tyson’s recent doc Tyson has been getting great critical acclaim and has heated up Hollywood talk that it deserves the full biopic treatment. Foxx wants to be that man:

“Mike’s story is about what America and the world is about today…Coming up at 18-years-old and getting his $60 million and not teaching him what taxes are about, about vultures, about people who will never be real with you as long as you have the money.

“I’m working on securing the rights to the movie,” he recently told WENN.

Lil Kim x Dancing With the Stars. Kim Jones made it pretty dang far on the dance show but now her time is up. The judges gave her high scores but it ended up being a lack of public votes that got her kicked off the show. Here she is getting kicked off the show to the judge’s dismay. Props to Kim though for making it this far. Shows she got more than just booty shaking skills.

Clipse x Play Cloths. Pusha T and Malice release this new line of Play Cloths summer accessories just in time for vacation. According to Hypebeast, passport holders, card holders and wallets with subtle exteriors are all in line in the next few weeks with a mid-May release set for the collection.
