Beyonce x Hamburger Helper. Yes I know. A million jokes can be made out of this latest collaboration but since its to feed the homeless I’m going to lay off it. Beyonce and General Mills, owner of Hamburger Helper, have officially launched their Feeding America charity campaign whith goal of delivering 3.5 million meals to local food banks. In an official statement Beyonce states:

“Through the work I do with my Survivor Foundation, I’ve been committed to helping families get back on their feet in difficult times,” said Beyonce. “That’s why I’m excited to get involved in this effort to help Feeding America deliver more than 3.5 million meals to local food banks. If we all show a helping hand, together we can make a difference in the fight against hunger.”

The charity tie-in is in conjunction with Beyonce’s “I AM…” tour. What? You thought she just wanted to feed millions of people Hamburger Helper for the fun of it? The current TV ad campaign featuring Beyonce is currently running and you can see it at the official website. No it doesn’t feature her talking to the Hamburger Hand.
