Jay-Z x Random House. Hova has officially inked his deal with Random House for a three book deal with an unofficial advance in the millions of dollars. In a radio station phone interview this morning, Jay stated the following:
Yeah, the other two books though, you know I had to sign that deal,” Hov confirmed in an interview this morning. “I’ve done the deal to do a book and the name of it is called Decoded. It’s called Decoded because I’m going to decode all the lyrics from my records. I’m gonna pick the select ones, all the double entendres and things that people may have missed or may have gotten but want confirmation on it. That’s what the book is about, it’s called Decoded.”
No word yet on when the first book will drop but we will have more info soon.

At first, I thought the book “Decoded” was going to be about Jay-Z teaching people how to rap or write lyrics, but now that I find out it's based on his music, the book may be a fun read!
YEAH ITS GON BE A FUN READ COZ C’MON ITS 4M THE MAN HIM SELF.
Yea I'm interested to see how this book turns out to be. It's a good deal for Jay-Z….music obviously doesn't pay what it used to….but he's still getting paid from everything else.
