Ladies and gentlemen of the WoooHa World…as our site continues to gain traffic, readers and credibility (we have recently shown up everywhere from Rolling Stone to Gizmodo) the time has come for us to expand. Usually when the words “expand” and “expansion” comes up we think of that 10th member of the Wu-Tang Clan (Cappawho?) or The Memphis Grizzlies…two things we want to erase from our minds.

Fortunately for us and you, our loyal readers, we are bringing on one of the best and brightest up-and- coming hip-hop marketing minds around to help us find that hip-hop marketing/business info. that you guys come to expect from us.

Edwin St. Fort, Diddy’s former marketing & advertising intern at Blue Flame Marketing (Diddy’s marketing company) brings a fresh new take at the industry having seen first hand the Diddy x Ciroc deal come to life along with keeping up with the newest trends in hip-hop in regards to business and advertising.

Edwin will be contributing on a regular basis so please welcome him aboard! In the meantime, Yeti and crew will still be plugging away as we get set for the next phase of WoooHa world domination. Ok…but yea we got some things planned in the near future so continue to look out in the next coming weeks or so. According to the Los Angeles Times “Funny People” generated $23.4 million on its opening weekend landing the number one spot at the box office. Ghostface Killah’s upcoming album Wizard of Poetry due out September 29th acccording to the Def Jam website, has Tony Sparks going deeper in depth into the genre of R&B.

The album which is his last on Def Jam features John Legend, Raheem DeVaughn, Estelle, Musiq Soulchild, and Llyod, has Ghost maturing from the drug king pin on Supreme Clientele and Fishscale to lover boy on The Wizard of Poetry.

In an interview with the New York Times Ghost mentions how he always wanted to do an R&B album. In regards of his camp dissuading the idea he replies “there wasn‚Äôt nobody, like, saying, nah. My manager was like, “Do half and half”; this and that; “You’ll lose your fan base.” I‚Äôm not into it for my fan base right now. I did that for my fan base for like a bunch of my albums. I gotta do what I want to do for myself right now. What‚Äôs gonna make me happy.”
