Diddy turns down company advisor job with Twitter

Diddy x Twitter. We ALL know Diddy loves him some Twitter (or at least his assistants forced to post on his account do).  His celeb status and constant pushing of his IAMDIDDY Twitter account have been worth millions in free publicity for the internet site and his over 1.7 million followers are further proof of that.

So according to recent leaked documents from Twitter Corporate, the company actually was working on a plan to hire Diddy as a company advisor with an equity deal  “in exchange for help on crafting an entertainment and marketing strategy in April.” The deal of course never went through as Diddy felt the deal was undervalued for his services. And so there you have it. Imagine how Diddy-ized Twitter would have become if the deal DID go through…you suddenly would be forced to add Cassie Ventura as a friend in order to access your account.

Janet Jackson w/ reality show & “tell-all” book

Brace yourself Mr. Dupri. Nothing worse than a woman scorned…and one dealing with the tragic loss of her brother. According to In Touch Weekly, yes a very reliable source within the urban music community, Janet Jackson is getting ready to release a tell-all book by next year.

Part of the book will be about her family dealing with the loss of Michael and the other part about self-esteem and all that good stuff.

“A lot of it will focus on her battle with self-esteem and weight. She’s a huge success,” a friend adds. “But that’s not always what she has seen when she looks in the mirror, so the book will talk about how she has coped, and about her family relationships. She wants to help other young women out there.”

And in more Jackson family news, A&E was working on a Jackson family reality show before the passing of Michael. Now the question is what do they do with the footage? Check the Hollywood Reporter for more on that.
