Xzibi x DJ Whoo Kid x Ninja Assassin. Although the upcoming martial arts movie Ninja Assassin doesn’t hit theaters until this Friday, Warner Brothers has gone all out in their promotional efforts especially after the urban 18-34 male consumer. And what better way to reach a young, hip, movie-going guy than through hip-hop artists? Check these videos as Xzibit and DJ Whoo Kid along with Snoop Dogg’s manager Ted Chung are “attacked” by Ninjas in LA. I’m loving the originality behind it all. Whoo Kid video after the jump…

can’t for the movie to drop!
Yea this one looks pretty good. Gritty kick ass ninja movie. I want the My Ninja tshirt.
The movie looks great, but I’m not feeling this promotional effort…Xzibit and Whoo Kid are not the folks that are going to get the “Urban” into the movie theatre…
I think general promotion is fine..anything like this, gets cheesy fast…
Yo alex i agree that x and whoo kid are not theright folks to do it but im digging the video just bc its something different. A nice little promo campaign for out of the box.
[...] The perfect Thanksgiving movie for the whole family as it opens today. Also make sure to check out the promotion that Xzibit and DJ Whoo Kid did for the movie. Related Posts:L.A. hip-hop movement flick [...]
