The Miami real estate market is already tough enough as it is. Now the real estate brokers who own a Miami condo where Lil Wayne is currently living are having even more trouble selling the condo because of the marijuana smell “baked” in the walls.
The three bedroom / two bath South Beach condo is currently on the market for $520K. We think it should be priced higher since you will automatically get high just from being inside the condo. Maybe they will throw in some Styrofoam cups of the sizzurp while they at it. Via: NY Post
