I know we have been hating on this movie for some time now but the trailer makes this look somewhat watchable. As in “I’m stoned and its 3AM and I got some McDonalds Chicken McNuggets but nothing to watch on TV” watchable. The bad guys don’t have nothing on Johnny and the Cobra Kai though.

@ Kid Nice – damn straight I’m a Karate Kid (the original) stan. Some classics you just shouldn’t touch. Next you are gonna see a redo of Top Gun but starring DMX as Ice Man and Kid Cudi as Maverick.
A kids movie now. Way to ruin the classic again Hollywood.

First off they have to have the original “Karate Kid” somewhere in this movie and hopefully not just a cheezy cameo…
Second why do they always use this same soundtrack for every action/dance trailer in the world smh.
Hollywood messed with Karate Kid when they decided to do Part 2 and 3 and 4.
I can imagine the martial arts choreography will be better. But if I had a son, I would take him to go see this film.
Now I’m just waiting for a uber-violent, crazy remake of Escape From New York.
