Hi I am a first generation college student who makes an effort to pay for school on my own because I know my family could not afford to help me pay. I make an hour and a half altogether commute to school everyday, The only source of income I really have is doing a work-study job in the library that I never see a penny of because its goes straight to my tuition. . It will be a perfect gift for me because Dre had a lot of influence as I aspired to be a music producer back in High School. Especially at a time when the whole Gangsta rap movement on the west coast was taking over the industry. As a fellow producer – I appreciate Dr. Dre’s attention to details in a mixes, the intricacies he puts in to producing a song and his appreciation for the Jazz culture.
