In the new movie Lottery Ticket Bow Wow’s character wins $350 million but goes through the challenge of fighting off all the beggars in his neighborhood. The film has guest appearances from T-Pain, Ice Cube, and others. The film hits theaters on August 20.

After the failed attempts to relaunch her career with the single “Louboutins,” Epic Records finally dropped J-Lo from her contract earlier this year. Now J-Lo is back having recently signed with Def Jam where she will now work with LA Reid. Hopes are to get some of the Def Jam luck that fellow label mates such as Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Mariah Carey are enjoying. Expect a formal announcement from Def Jam and J-Lo in the coming days.

Swizz Beatz x America’s Best Dance Crew. Swizz Beatz and MTV’s “America’s Best Dance Crew” are collaborating on a pretty unique promo that is sure to give Swizzy some mainstream publicity outside of anything to do with Alicia Keys. The producer will be working with this season’s two final crews by creating the original music for the “Last Chance Challenge,” the contestants’ last chance to impress judges JC Chasez, Lil Mama and Omarion. Swizz will be prominently featured in the episode which airs later tonight.
