The Monster x Interscope partnership comes into full force once again as Dr. Dre and Diddy are set to appear at the Best Buy in Union Square in New York today from 5-7pm EST to promote the official launch of Diddybeats.  The line of headphones are part of Interscope’s overall deal with Monster and created under Dre’s signature “Beats” collection.

Diddybeats will be sold through exclusively through Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile stores though while Dre’s Beats are available nation-wide at various retailers.

“Dre and I wanted to design an ear bud that was a combination of great style and powerful sound,” Diddy stated. “I am excited to launch Diddybeats at Best Buy because when it comes to electronics and entertainment devices they are second to none. I trust their expertise and am confident that this partnership will be a huge success.”

Diddybeats are priced at $179.95 so it’s definitely for those who can tolerate the higher prices.
