Nicki Minaj releases “Your Love” after finding success on the Billboard charts. The track  landed #1 on the Hip Hop singles category a few weeks ago and is currently in the Top 10 position. If you are wondering where the Samurai/Geisha theme comes from in the music video I guess you’ll get the hint from her lyrics:

“Anyway I think I met him in the Sky, When I was a Geisha he was a Samurai

Somehow I understood him when he spoke Thai.”

This really makes no sense. Does Nicki know of some secret clan of Thai Samurai? But I guess if she said “Japanese” instead it wouldn’t rhyme anymore.
