Common inks book deal to write his memoirs

I think Common is one of the few rappers you could believe would actually have a big part in writing his own memoirs. Looks like Atria Books is willing to take the risk as they have just completed a book deal with Common to pen “One Day It’ll Make Sense.” Book will chronicle Common’s journey as a Chicago MC to one of the most well known faces in both music and film. Book is set for a June 2011 release. More details to come.

VIDEO: Beyonce “Heat” perfume ad banned in the U.K.
Apparently The Brits can’t handle the heat. The U.K. Advertising Standards Authority has officially banned Beyonce’s “Heat” perfume ad (shown above) from airing on TV anytime before 7pm. Apparently she’s just too hot.
“We considered that Beyonce’s body movements and the camera’s prolonged focus on shots of her dress slipping away to partially expose her breasts created a sexually provocative ad that was unsuitable to be seen by young children,” they said in a statement.
Now all those British kids will be staying up after 7pm just to get a glimpse of Beyonce’s body movements and shots of her dress slipping away.
