will.i.am looks to use his money for the benefit of others with the launch of his i.am.home Mortgage Relief Program. The program will not only help those who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments but it also plans to provide employment services to those in need.
“I rescue families who are losing their homes because they have no jobs and they can’t pay the mortgage and the banks are foreclosing on their homes,” said will.I.am. “All the people we help are debt free, they don’t have to pay me back, but we’ve had some hiccups. There was one lady whose home we rescued and we found her a job at a hospital. Then she didn’t show up to work on her first day and got fired.”

Hi, my name is carol winston and I am a single mother of two boys – Spencer is 14 A’s/B’s in a gifted class and a 9th grade student taking some 10th grade class and starting to attend the upper bound program at OSU, Oscar is 10 and he loves football 2010 makes his 5th year playing football, he has losts of player’s but I would have to say that A.D. is his best of all. My mother has been with my boys and I for about 4 years now/shortly after her stroke. Everyone has thier on story to tell but there all different and for myself, even when it did not pay much I was able to make my payments from pay check to pay check but in January 2010 I was enjuryed on the job and to make a long story short, they fired me in June…with nothing but $224 a week from unemployment which they did not want me to have that either but that’s what we’re living on, food stamps and my mothers ssi. Three months behind on my mortgage yet trying to keep my faith, but i am of the flesh and it is easy said then done – my unemployment runs out on Dec. 14th (need i say more)and i do everything possible to stay busy so that i don’t think of the situation, i even went back to school. Good morning, Hi my name is Shena Allen from Baltimore Maryland . I am a single mother of two boys that are both very good boys. Its been a trouble time for me in the last past two years with the lost of my mother and grandmother at one. month apart. I been struggling for a long time now and don’t have noone else to turn to. I live from pay check to pay check and its so hard even when I’m trying to keep my two boys on the right track . Its seems like I was the one always giving and being there for people even when I didn’t have and now no one there for me. I would like to know how can i get help thru the will i am mortage relief; I have my mortage with wellsfargo; they are aware of my income. I signed up for the making home affordable my hardship was that my oldest son that was 21 and born with cerebral palsy died 1-24-2009; I faxed all information of my income, bills etc. in October they fed-ex me documents about trial payment period stating my payments will be $209.80 according to my ssi income and my other son ssi income. payments will begin Nov 2009 thru feb 2010 and then will be permanent. I did not hear from them thru mail until July 2010 stating the investor decline the modification and I owe $6,800.00 and that they have rights to accept or decline and i qualify for nothing. they teased me into making the payments knowing they would later decline the modification. and later came to dothan Al. and donated thousands of dollars for charities. and want help me. I was never late my payments where $655.00 before this, i never refinance they want to do forclosure and I had my home since 1997 and never missed a payment. all I want is to pay my mortage. they later went as far as including food stamps and all you can buy is food with them. Can you please forward this to whom ever can help me.
My wife was in a horrible car accident and the result was a closed head injury with contractures of the joints. The lady who hit my wife left the scene and left her there until help could arrive.She has seizures, severe pain,memory loss with alot of other syptoms. She takes alot of pills so she can some what function. I have 3 kids who try to help as much as possible.I work but has cut my hours and then I come home and do the cooking, laundry ect…I fell behind in my house payment and city taxes. My twelve yr old, Jermaine, has watched over the past year his mother struggle to make ends meet. Within the past six months or so, it has gotten really difficult. I held down a job for seven yrs. making 22 dollars an hour and in the middle of Sept. of “09″ I was let go from my job. Since then I have worked six jobs, all have been through a temp service. Lately I have lost the ability to keep up with my mortgage payments and I am in fear of loosing all that I have worked so hard for. I purchased a home three yrs ago and was doing great until my employment ended. I now am out of another job because my assignment ended this week. I have recently gained custody of my grandaughter and her mother and I just keep praying that things will work out for the best. After reading all of theses people crys I feel awful and wish I can help them, but I can’t because I’m in a simular boat as far as not being able to pay my mortgage. My story is my husband was removed from our home for assaulting our 13 year old daughter and was ordered to stay away. For a while the abuse was only with me, it was never physical, but more mental, however it had a lot to do with his alcohol abuse. When he assaulted my daughter that’s when I had enough and he had to go. I worked since I was 15 yrs old and when I lost my job I was not able to help out with the bills, so my husband became the primary breadwinner, as far a paying the bills in the house. With no luck in finding a job I decided to go back to school. My husband did not support me in my decision with going back, he would not help me with nothing. I end up getting a part time job and was only able to pay my car note. When my husband was removed from the home he stop paying mortgage and left me with all the bills. I was bearly getting hours and end up losing my part time job. As of now my mortgage has not been paid since October and I don’t know what to do. I just started getting child support but it not enough to catch up with my mortagage plus the bill in the house. I don’t know what to do, I’m scared because I don’t know where my children and I will go if we lose our home.

I bought my first home in 2006, I am the baby of my family 5th child and at the time I bought my house I was the first in the family to own a home. Me and my husband bought our house at the height of the balloon market and now we owe more than it is worth with the drop in market. I have two kids one 28 and one 16. My daughter 28 was forced to move in with me when she lost her job along with your boyfriend and thier 7 year old son. Me and my husband have been struggling to pay the Mortgage, 2 car payments, and all the bills from a family of 6 now. If we didnt have a Mortgage payment my life wouldnt be filled with Worry and Panic all the time. We just spent 5 days without Bread, Milk or anything in our cabinets because we couldnt afford food this week. Hello, My Fiance and I have had a bit of bad luck since October last year.. We came home from church one Sunday morning and my Fiance found him mom passed away on the couch for a drug over dose and a week after that my fiance had a stress related stroke and seizure behind the wheel when he was driving and we had a car wreak and now we are stuck with a car payment on a car that we do not have just to keep his credit . and we cant afford to pay it.. and not only that we got an ultimatum last week that if we do not pay 570 a month on the house that we are living in we have to move and my fiance was left a third of the house in a will when his grandfather died and his mother ended up getting a mortgage on the house with out my fiance’s permission and her lover’s sister and brother paid off the mortgage but now 5 months after his moms death they want us to pay 75000 dollars for a house and if we do not we will not have no where else to go and the down side of this is when his mom killed her self we got put on umemployment and we dont make enough to pay all of this , we have looked for jobs and there is nothing here and it would be great if you could offer any assistance to help us… God bless you have a blessed day!!

I had wanted to purchase one for some time. I was so excited when I closed the deal and received my keys. That was October 2007. December of 2007 I was diagnoised with breast cancer. I had my surgery and chemotherapy. I went back to work and was doing well. My 1995 car with over 165,000 miles died and I bought a Ford Focus in 2009. Then my job was eliminated. I found other jobs but none that paid as well as my previous job. I began to get farther and farther behind on my mortgage, car payments, association fees and other bills. I have been working to catch up and got caught up in payday advances.

After many years of purchasing my home I find myself at the age of 62 about to lose it. I’ve been self-employed in an industry that has undergone a drastic change. Even though I prepared myself & started working in a similar industry the economy also affected it. I filed for BK and it was recently confirmed however I find that my next mortgage & plan payment for January 2012 may not be met/paid & my BK case be dismissed. I do not sleep, cannot concentrate & worry that the rescued animals from other people who lost their homes may be in the street. This is not an option. If anyone out there can help I loved to have the temporary assistance. I’d rather pay you than the lender who had the LAPD take me for a psych evaluation since I was crying when I was trying to have them assist me with a loan mod.
