Ice-T is set to take us on a lyrical journey with his new film The Art of Rap. Film is set to release in Fall of 2011 and features some of the legends in hip-hop including Grandmaster Caz, Immortal Technilove and Kool Keith. Although more known for his acting roles on “Law & Order: SVU,” Ice-T attributes rap as the reason he is still living today and helped him get out of a lot of trouble as a youth.

MOVIE TRAILER: Madea’s Big Happy Family featuring Bow Wow
Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Big Happy Family, hits theaters April 22. Madea goes H.A.M during a drive-thru scene, check the trailer which features Bow Wow and Teyana Taylor.
MOVIE TRAILER: “Blood Out” starring 50 Cent
This looks more like a sales reel vs. an actual full production trailer. I’m sure Lionsgate is working on the final trailer for the upcoming straight-to-video release which hits stores April 26, 2011. In the meantime this trailer should give you an idea of what to expect. Yea, that’s 50 Cent as a cop. To 50′s credit, this was not produced by his Cheetah Vision banner so you can’t blame the straight-to-video streak on him.
VIDEO: TDK Chronicles featuring Nas
A full-length video directed by Jonathan Mannion, TDK Chronicles pays tribute to the days of cassette tapes and the anatomy of the mixtape and is set for release on January, 19. Here’s a trailer featuring Nas speaking of his memories.
MOVIE TRAILER: “Blood Out” w/ 50 Cent & Val Kilmer
Curtis and Val are making quite the acting duo. The upcoming action flick Blood Out now makes the third straight action film with the two of them together but hopefully this one will get the theatrical release treatment. Blood Out is not produced by 50′s production company Cheetah Vision and will be released by Lionsgate some time in 2011. No word if straight-to-video or theatrical release.
MOVIE TRAILER: “Fast Five”
A lot more guns, a lot more explosions and of course…a lot more cars in the newest installment from the Fast and the Furious franchise. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson joins in the cast that brings all the originals back including the obvious like Paul Walker and Vin Diesel but the ATL lovers will be happy to know that even Ludacris comes back to reprise his role as Tej.
