There is a reason that Xzibit’s Woodland Hills home is dubbed the Blue Monster by Southern California real estate agents. It’s because his home is blue and it’s quite monstrous. Apparently, people are not attracted to purchasing blue monstrous homes these days as Xzibit’s four bedroom, four bath house is now on short sale for $700K.
