Akon has launched a free online game called “I’m So Paid” where you take on missions to race around the globe to find a briefcase full of money. You must ride in choppers and drive through obstacles in high speed boat chases to complete each mission. And what do you win if you complete all your missions? You will have to find out for yourself and go to the official game site.

Akon x Konvict Cosmetics. Akon will be releasing his first products under his Konvict Cosmetics International company in the form of two fragrances, Kovict and Aliuane. So now you don’t need to be an ex-con, you can just smell like one.

According to Women‚Äôs Wear Daily, the fragrances will be available on the company‚Äôs website starting in August making it one of the few fragrances released by an urban artist that actually will NOT have Macy’s distribution. The Konvict fragrance is aimed at the younger consumer, while Aliaune is for the more sophisticated consumer. Eh…do sophisticated consumers listen to Akon? The guy is a kid thrower! Forget Kobe. It’s all about Dr. Jays.

Akon recently partnered with the Maranello watch company for the launch of their new V8 watch collection. Contrary to popular belief, wearing the watch does not keep your diet straight. Akon is a partner and endorser in the Swiss watch manufacturer which is inspired by the Ferrari Maranello. Check out the recent pics from their launch event in London.

We expect to see print ads here in the U.S. featuring Akon as Maranello has secured U.S. distribution through Atlanta. Perhaps they will look similar to Bow Wow’s watch ad with Youngblood time pieces. We will have it covered though once the ad campaign comes out.
