Chris redeems himself to some point with this video. Hate to compliment the guy but this is pretty creative. Optimus Prime would be proud.
Yea we posted this trailer for Takers starring T.I. and Chris Brown as big time bank robbers back in September but now Sony has released the full HD version. You might notice on our site that Sony Screen Gems has already been aggressively marketing Takers online even though it still doesn’t hit theaters until February 26th, 2010. Expect more updates directly from Screen Gems to us here at WoooHa.

With Weezy and Swizz Beatz. Looks like CB is trying all he can to get back in people’s good favors. Don’t know if we are feeling the outfit though. Check more pics after the jump. Via: Bossip
And now here is the official trailer. Yes with more Chris Brown and T.I. You will notice it’s mostly Clifford in the trailer though…
Yes Chris Brown fans…you can rejoice and prove Yeti wrong. Sony Screen Gems has just released the official movie poster to Takers and has decided to keep CB in the marketing material. Yes…so all five of you Chris Brown fans can rejoice. Don’t forget…movie also stars T.I. What do you think of the movie poster?

Chris Brown x Big Headed Boxers. My last Chris Brown entry for the day. But it’s a good one. Last October, Chris Brown announced his business partnership with online underwear company Big Headed Boxers. Chris had an equity stake in the company and was supposed to help push the brand. But now the company has officially severed ties with Chris. Chairman of the company, Keith Davis officially stated:
“In light of recent events, BigHeaded Boxers would like to confirm that notwithstanding prior public statements made by Chris Brown about his relationship with BigHeaded Boxers, Mr. Brown has repudiated his contract with BigHeaded Boxers”.
Yeti says: It kinda shows balls (haha) that Big Headed Boxers is willing to go through with this and drop Chris even though he’s made up with Rihanna and its pretty clear he won’t be charged. Good for them. Regardless if he gets away with it, he still was in the wrong.

T.I. x Takers (AKA Bone Deep). Rap Radar recently did an interview with T.I. where he stars and produces in the upcoming action film Takers (formerly Bone Deep) which also stars Chris Brown. In the interview, Rap Radar asks T.I. directly to comment on our WoooHa story of CB being erased from the marketing in the movie. T.I. replies:
Nah man, that can‚Äôt be further from the truth. There‚Äôs no validity to that statement. I‚Äôm a producer on the movie and I ain‚Äôt put forth no sort of order or request man. And personally, it‚Äôs very, very premature to jump to such a conclusion given that none of these matters have been resolved. No one has been tried or convicted or nothing like that. I‚Äôm not going to jump to no conclusions. I‚Äôm not going to. I think that‚Äôs unfair ’cause that‚Äôs what people did with me, and I‚Äôm not going to do that.
Yeti says: All I have to say is that my sources were legit and my story ran when CB was in the total dog house, before he reconciled with Rihanna, and when the media was ripping him. So at that time I was told, yes they were talking about a Chris Brown contingency plan with the marketing. But now? Well now he’s in the studio recording songs with Rihanna, taking trips with her, etc. He’s safe again. So of course they are going to deny everything and say these talks never happened. That’s all. I’m done with this story now. And here is my plug for Screen Gems…Takers hits theaters Jan 8, 2010. Peace.

Chris Brown x Bone Deep. As we reported earlier this week, our sources involved with the Sony Screen Gems movie Bone Deep revealed that Chris Brown would be erased from the marketing material when the movie comes out on January 8, 2010. Well those same sources have now revealed that the studio is making more changes.
Apparently Chris Brown’s recent activities were not the only controversy this film has been dealing with. The title itself, Bone Deep, has come under fire for it’s sexual and pornographic connotations and will now officially change the name to Takers…not to be confused with the current hit action movie Taken. So you Continue Reading…

Jay-Z x Upper Playground. I know this shirt is gonna piss off the thousands of Chris Brown fans who have recently been on this site but street wear company Upper Playground has just released this Jay-Z vs. Chris Brown “Beat Down” shirt. It’s now available for $24 on their official site. This shirt should come with a warning because anyone who dares wear this in public is going to have to face the wrath of Team Chris Brown. And they don’t hold back. Via: NahRight

Chris Brown x Bone Deep. All the blogs and news sources have been covering the fact that Chris is losing endorsement deals left and right, but now his check book is about to hurt even more as his once rising film career is now in serious trouble as well. Rumor has it that Sony Screen Gems, the studio that is releasing Chris’ next movie Bone Deep, is going to basically “erase” Chris from their marketing campaign.
The crime/action thriller which comes out Jan 8, 2010 was originally going to heavily market stars T.I. and Chris Brown to the urban demo but now T.I. will ironically be Continue Reading…

Chris Brown has officially hired Hollywood PR specialist Alex Nierob and parent PR company Rogers & Cowan to help handle the aftermath of his beating of Rihanna and subsequent arrest. Nierob is no stranger to dealing with controversy and Continue Reading…
MTV is the first network to take advantage of the whole Rihanna and Chris Brown incident and will be airing an MTV special called “Chris Brown & Rihanna: Love in Trouble.” Show will air on MTV Monday, 2/16 at 6pm ET/PT and according to MTV will be more of a panel discussion that touches upon broader issues as well.
Is MTV just trying to cash in on this whole ordeal or really trying to educate kids here? You decide. Here is another clip from the show after the jump… Continue Reading…
Two days ago the Wrigley Co. announced they were pulling their Chris Brown Doublemint Gum ads and now the fallout continues. The California Milk Processor Board, creators of the famed national “Got Milk?” ad campaign have now pulled their Chris Brown ads (shown below).
A spokesperson for the campaign stated:
“The Milk Mustache campaign is taking the allegations against Chris Brown very seriously. We are very proud and protective of the image of the Milk Mustache campaign and the responsible message it sends to teens. Mr. Brown’s ad was launched last fall and is scheduled to end this week.”
We are expecting New Era to release a statement about their partnership with CB next. It will also be interesting to see how much CB’s role in the crime thriller Bone Deep is downplayed now. More details to come.

We try and stay out of the hip-hop drama and gossip and leave that to the experts but once it involves business, then WoooHa steps in. So as the world knows, Chris Brown is going down for giving Rihanna an alleged beating before the Grammy’s. True, Chris could face 10 years in jail, and has to deal with instantly losing millions of female fans…but now here comes the endorsement fall out as well.
The Wrigley company, owners of Doublemint Gum, sent us over their official stance on the latest Chris Brown events and have announced they are pulling all of his Doublemint Gum ads (shown below) from national TV.  The statement reads:
“We have made the decision to suspend the current advertising featuring Brown and any related marketing communications until the matter is resolved.”
Maybe CB can take some advice from Michael Phelps on how to deal with the endorsement fall out. Although Wrigley is not officially stating they are dropping Chris Brown entirely, this is just the beginning. Once one major sponsor reacts, the rest are quick to follow suit and the loss of millions.
Chris Brown also endorses a dance video game called U-Dance, has a partnership with New Era hats and a steady movie career which are all now in jeopardy. This is not going to be pretty. No major company is going to want to work with an alleged Rihanna beater. More to come.
