HTC will release a line of devices integrated with Beats sound innovations this fall. The two companies have entered a strategic partnership which allows Beats Electronics to bring high performance sound to HTC phones.  According to Billboard, it is also stated that HTC has $300 million invested in the Beats brand gaining a majority stake of the company but Beats Electronics will continue to operate autonomously with Jimmy Iovine as chair and Luke Wood as President and COO.

Peter Chou, CEO of HTC Corp said, “Beats has found a unique way to harness popular culture in a manner that is unlike any other brand today. It’s an exciting brand that has been built around providing something very special, and we believe our strategic partnership will provide customers with unbeatable sound on HTC phones. We obsess over every detail of a consumer’s mobile experience and audio is a critical part of that experience.”

Bringing these two great brands together will create superior mobile music and sound experiences while accelerating HTC’s entry into the youth and accessories markets globally.

No word yet on which cellphone carrier will release the device but more information on this strategic partnership is developing.

A few months ago, Chyrsler unveiled its partnership with Beats by Dre which will bring the Beats audio technology into the 2012 Chrysler 300S vehicles. The company will reveal its commercial during Game 3 of the NBA Finals but luckily for you, you can check out the 60 second here first.

As previously reported Chrysler has partnered up with Beats by Dre bringing the Beats audio technology into 2012 Chrysler 300S vehicles. This press footage explains the partnership and also shows that Dr. Dre will be featured in a commercial to promote both brands.

At the New York Auto show, Chyrsler unveiled its partnership with Beats by Dre which will bring the Beats audio technology into the 2012 Chrysler 300S vehicles.

Under the deal, the Beats team will help Chrysler’s engineers design and tune the car’s 10-speaker audio system. The company says it will extend the Beats brand into addition vehicles over time, the 300S will be available this fall.

Kick ass video. I think this is what we all were expecting from Detox. Continue to bring it Dre.

50 Cent started the headphone war by going public on Twitter that Dre and Jimmy Iovine weren’t happy that 50 went and started Sleek by 50 headphones which are direct competitors with Beats by Dre. So how did Dre take the Twitter news? Well only TMZ has the answer to that one. Check the video from Dre. Headphone Wars 2011 here we come!

50 loves the Twitter drama. Apparently he’s stirring the ish up by claiming Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine are pissed at 50 for releasing the “Sleek by 50″ headphones which are a competitor to Beats by Dre which is co-owned by Dre and Iovine along with MONSTER.

“Jimmy iovine and dre mad at me cause I’m doing sleek by 50,” ge tweeted. “I guess I’m not going to be on detox Lol. I’m a little hurt jimmy and dre feel like that but f*ck it. I’m focused I got a surprise for everybody this go round.”

Apparently 50 was a bit mad when Dre and Iovine launched Beats by Dre without 50 or Eminem’s involvement. Instead they asked Diddy and Lady Gaga to jump on board. Honestly, does Dre even need to worry? Has anyone actually bought a pair of Sleek by 50s? Yea I didn’t think so.

Dre goes guerrilla style in announcing the official release date to Detox. According to Dre’s video here with Just Blaze, Detox will be released on the un-official national weed day of 4/20 of this year. Of course we have heard Detox was coming out about five years ago so don’t hold your breath on this one. Regardless…nice to finally have an exact date to keep him by.
