Lupe Fiasco x RSVP Gallery. Always the fashion guru, Lupe Fiasco has teamed with Chicago clothing store RSVP Gallery for a unique collaboration. The center of it will be an art piece red Goyard box designed by Lupe that will feature his fashion and design projects.
Red Box’s first installation features t-shirts co-designed by Fiasco and mysterious punk band, Japanese Cartoon. All items in the box including the t-shirts are available for purchase exclusively at RSVP Gallery. Via: HypeBeast

Lupe Fiasco x Hewlett Packard. Lupe Fiasco, Kenna and Alexandra Cousteau are featured in this new HP commercial which also spreads awareness for Summit on the Summit. Lupe is doing some good for the world with his involvement with the Summit on the Summit program and he is getting paid some of that Silicone Valley money in the meantime.
Lupe, lasers and teen vampires will all come together as Summit Entertainment will be releasing the long-awaited (by teen girls) sequel Twilight: New Moon. But now all the vampire loving fans will get a taste of Lupe Fiasco as well as his single “Solar Midnite” will be distributed as a bonus track to those who buy the full soundtrack on October 20th. Lupe Fiasco x Converse
I believe this is the third pair of Converse sneakers that Lupe has designed now. Check out the lo-tops here. This new pair, called 100 Supplementaire, features Lupe’s political opinions with newspaper font plastered throughout the canvas. This shoe is the latest from the Converse PRODUCT (RED) line and will be available at all Converse stores. Via: Sneaker Freaker

Lupe Fiasco announced his clothing collaboration with designers FALSE a while back and now the first item from the collection is finally available. The clothing line, called Fallacy of Rome, is inspired by Lupe’s love for Roman literature as the first part of a three part collection. This first release is a tee called “Hounds of Hades.” In December and January Lupe will be releasing one more item each.
Lupe will be promoting Fallacy of Rome with a very grassroots approach and won’t be peddling it too hard like other (ahem T.I. and AKOO). This Hounds of Hades shirt is now available at the official website. We also threw in the online video ad for Fallacy of Rome here as well since I’m pretty sure a lot of you haven’t seen this
Sneaker company Greedy Genius has been able to pull in some unique collaborations with hip-hop artists such as Bun B and the Cool Breeze Vadors. Now they have another collab but this time with Lupe Fiasco. Lupe helped design these reptile-leather embossed Paratrooper sneakers with the Greedy Genius design team. Lupe Fiasco and urban clothing designer Dr. Romanelli have teamed up for the design of these new Converse Chuck Taylor Lows which will be part of the PRODUCT (RED) humanitarian efforts. As part of the efforts, a donation will be made to the PRODUCT (RED) efforts with each purchase of these exclusive sneakers which will be available next year. Lupe, Mos Def and Pharrell seem to be the “it” models of the streetwear industry these days. Lupe is shown here modeling Fruition’s new tee based off the famed Fila logo. Fruition is based out of Las Vegas and has been around the Vegas streetwear scene for a minute. Lupe got in good with the streetwear scene to begin with so it’s nice to see he hasn’t forgotten his “roots.” Shirt is available at the Fruition site for $34.
You know you have made it when your music is featured in a video game. Lupe Fiasco’s “Superstar” is just one of the many iconic songs featured in the new Xbox 360 karaoke game entitled “Lips” which comes out later this year.
“It’s dope. I’ve had my songs in games before, but more as kinda the soundtrack,” Lupe said. “For now, for my song to be part of the game, so to speak, is like ill. It’s revolutionary. It’s revolutionary in the sense that this game, “LIPS” focuses on Hip Hop. The microphone, you can’t just sing like karaoke, line-for-line, you actually have to rock the mic.”
“Lips” also features songs such as Young MC’s “Bust a Move” and claims in can hook up to your MP3 player and play Karaoke version songs off of it. How that works I have no idea. Check out the promo video to “Lips.” I’m still waiting for a DJ turntable version of “Guitar Hero” though. That has got to be in development somewhere.¬† Check out the demo trailer:
Pharrell, Kayne West and Lupe Fiasco not only make up the super group Child Rebel Soldiers, but each one has also revolutionized the partnerships between hip-hop and urban streetwear. Lupe has been at the forefront of this with his own Fall of Rome clothing line and collaborations with designers such as Dr. Romanelli and Swagger.
Now Lupe has combined his Fall of Rome line with designing duo FALSE to form Fallacy of Rome. As a kick off to Fallacy of Rome, Lupe and FALSE have released this preview video and have just launched a “countdown” website at FallacyOfRome.com
