Lupe Fiasco featured in History Channel documentary

Lupe Fiasco x History Channel. Lupe has been taking on some interesting projects ranging from his recent street wear associations, the HP Summit the Summit program and now he will be featured in the History Channel doc “The People’s History of the United States.” Pic above is with the director of the film.

According to the official press release, Lupe will be accompanied by a long list of other artists and actors including Don Cheadle, Bruce Sprinsteen, Eddie Vedder and Marisa Tomei. The documentary is set to be shown on The History Channel December 13, 2009. Via: HipHopDX

I believe this is the third pair of Converse sneakers that Lupe has designed now. Check out the lo-tops here. This new pair, called 100 Supplementaire, features Lupe‚Äôs political opinions with newspaper font plastered throughout the canvas. Lupe Fiasco announced his clothing collaboration with designers FALSE a while back and now the first item from the collection is finally available. The clothing line, called Fallacy of Rome, is inspired by Lupe’s love for Roman literature as the first part of a three part collection. This first release is a tee called “Hounds of Hades.” In December and January Lupe will be releasing one more item each.

Lupe will be promoting Fallacy of Rome with a very grassroots approach and won’t be peddling it too hard like other (ahem T.I. and AKOO). This Hounds of Hades shirt is now available at the official website. We also threw in the online video ad for Fallacy of Rome here as well since I’m pretty sure a lot of you haven’t seen this
