Ol Dirty Bastard x Para. Man I need to get this. The details on this new RIP ODB varsity jacket are crazy. Streetwear companies Para and Incase teamed up to release this “official” tribute jacket which was originally given to friends and family of ODB and The Wu-Tang Clan. The inner lining of the jacket has a nice image of ODB and even the liner tag is designed like the “Brooklyn Zoo” cover.
Well due to overwhelming demand (ahem…me) the jacket is now on sale for $450. That’s $200 more expensive than my high school varsity jacket where I was a three time letterman in…Math & Social Studies. Luckily this ODB jacket is 200 times cooler…so it’s totally worth it. Buy it at the ALIFE website. More pics of the jacket after the jump and thanks to CtotheJL for the heads up. Continue Reading…

Wu-Tang Clan x Gabriel Urist.
Nothing says true love like Wu-Tang. As one of the biggest self-proclaimed West Coast fans of the Wu I feel it is my duty to let every guy know, there is no better way to a woman’s heart than a pair of these silver Wu-Tang earrings designed by popular jeweler Gabriel Urist. According to Hypebeast, these earrings feature the iconic Wu-Tang ‚ÄòW‚Äô and come with a special red box. The earrings can be purchased at essense for approximately $121. Well worth what you will receive in return from your lady. More pics

The sons of GZA, Masta Killa and Power are featured in this new Fila ad for the Wu-Tang Fila Weathertech boots. I’m a die-hard Wu-Tang fan but even I’m not really feeling this ad or the concept of using the kids/teens Continue Reading…
FILA and the Wu-Tang Clan are finally releasing the official WuTang Weathertech boot available at all Finish Line stores across the nation. Check out the official ad shown here. While The Wu-Tang Clan might be having alleged problems with tensions in the group, the merchandising and licensing of the group still maintains a strong presence even after over 10 years in the rap game. They also recently released a documentary from BET called Wu: The Story of the Wu-Tang Clan. (Source)

As a big time Wu-fan, I can’t wait for this. Wu: The Story of the Wu-Tang Clan documentary is due out on DVD November 18th and looks to be a can’t miss for any fan. BET is putting it out and you can check a 7 min. clip here. The folks at BET were nice enough to send us some photos from the doc and a track listing of the accompanying soundtrack which is basically a “Best of” put out by Loud Records. Even though I already own all these songs, I just might have to get this anyways.

JYB Sculptures (Jean-Yves Blan) is one of the top up-and-coming urban sculpture artists to come out of France, let alone the entire world. His detailed sculptures that celebrate the four elements of hip-hop instantly capture the excitement and glory days of 80′s hip-hop at its finest.
Everyone from The Rock Steady Crew, Cold Crush Brothers, Grand Master Flash, Public Enemy and Run DMC are captured to near perfection. Take a look at these recent sculptures by JYB and make sure to check out his site and get yourself educated about the Four Elements of Hip-Hop!

I’ll be first in line once these come out. Hopefully I won’t be the only one. At least I know the Stans that bought these $7,500 Wu-Tang Nikes will be there with me. Seems like these are a little past due but you can’t stop the Wu! (Source)
