There is a reason that Xzibit’s Woodland Hills home is dubbed the Blue Monster by Southern California real estate agents. It’s because his home is blue and it’s quite monstrous. Apparently, people are not attracted to purchasing blue monstrous homes these days as Xzibit’s four bedroom, four bath house is now on short sale for $700K. EXCLUSIVE: Xzibit & Nic Cage movie “Bad Lieutenant” going straight-to-DVD
Xzibit x Bad Lieutenant. WoooHa has exclusively learned that the action crime drama The Bad Lieutenant co-starring Nicolas Cage and Xzibit will have such a short theatrical run in theaters that it technically could be labeled as the dreaded straight-to-DVD. We have been covering this film for some time now and were excited that Xzibit was taking on one of his largest roles yet.
Unfortunately the November 20th release date is just a legal formality as the movie will only be shown in a handful of theaters in a couple of cities to make way for a February 23, 2010 DVD and Blu-Ray release. Industry site Blu-ray.com confirms our findings. Although the news is a bit disheartening and reminds us of the 50 Cent straight-to-DVD film Streets of Blood, we still plan on seeing this flick in the theaters just for the plain bad-assness.

New trailer to “The Bad Lieutenant” with Nic Cage & Xzibit
Xzibit x The Bad Lieutenant. The unofficial trailer came out back in May but now here is the real deal. In the movie Nicolas Cage plays a corrupt cop in New Orleans who teams up with a drug dealer (Xzibit) to score coke, chicks, guns and of course money. One of the few Nicolas Cage movies we are excited for and it’s good to see Xzibit getting a major co-starring role.
